I made this cake for my daughters fifth birthday!! I was so fun making all the little characters to go on it. Everything on the cake is edible. I made Alice out of gum paste along with the teacups and the cards.

Cupcakes! Cupcakes! Cupcakes!

I just finished The Back Yard Boutique it was so fun!!

These are some of the cupcakes that I was selling there.

These are a chocolate cupcake with a chocolate citrus frosting with berries on the top.

Caramel bites are these little yummy treats name. I make homemade caramel and turn it into frosting then put it on a chocolate mini cupcake.

Last were my cherry and raspberry cupcakes with my homemade butter cream! The green had a swirl and the pink had a mum flower on the top.

Nightmare Berfore Chirstmas Cake

This is for our friends little girl's birthday party. She loves the movie and they wanted a cake with Jack the pumpkin king and Sally on it. I loved doing the hair because I used a pasta machine for it. I was fun to make!!

Monkey Birthday Cake

This little monkey cake was for a birthday party. I think the little girl liked monkeys.

I made the monkey out of fondant and the rest of the cake is butter cream frosting.

Rolled Waffer Wedding Cake

This Wedding cake has rolled waffer cookies around the whole cake.

I love the look of the cookies. It is not a traditional wedding cake.

But I like it !!!

Violin Cake

I made this cake for a wedding. It was for the groom who plays the violin.

Every thing is edible on the cake except for the strings. The violin is the same

size as a standard violin. The flowers and shamrocks are all made from gum paste.

Mini Cakes: Start at $20.00-$25.00 and up depending on the design.

Cupcakes, Sugar Cookies, Petti Fours: Start at $10.00-$15.00 a dozen and may increase depending on the frosting and design.

All Cakes include simple rose, flower and border decorations with butter cream or cream cheese frosting. For custom designs a surcharge will apply depending on design.

All specialty and wedding cakes need a consultation and prices will vary.

For fondant cakes add $25.00 per tier. Depending on the design the price may be increased. Fondant decorations may be added to buttercream cakes for $10.00 per tier.

For fondant decorations to be added to cupcakes or petti fours it will cost $5.00 more per dozen.

Cakes may be stacked up to two tiers. For three or more tiers the wedding cake pricing will apply.

A delivery charge will be applied to all deliveries. The charge my increase depending on the location.

A non-refundable down payment will be asked on all cakes.

There are many other sizes to choose from to fit your needs. Please contact us to receive pricing.

For various shapes such as square, hexagon, petal or heart add $10 per tier.

There is no extra charge for rolled fondant. I would highly
recommend fondant to be used on your cake to recive a smooth porcelain like finish which is very popular.

To add sugar flowers, fondant bows, draping, or hand painted designs add $10 per tier.

To add chocolate or white chocolate fondant add $15 per tier.

All wedding cakes must be delivered and set up. A delivery charge will apply.

A non-refundable $75.00 deposit will reserve your date.

A deposit will be asked for all cake plates and stands. Once they are returned the deposit will be given back.

Monthly Treat Specials

Carrie’s Tasty Cakes & More now offers special treats and cakes each month correlating with the months holiday or season. Each month an e-mail will be sent to you, to tell you about the monthly treat specials you can order. Pictures of each monthly treat will be posted to view and then order. Cake Tasting Parties

Cake Tasting Parties

A Cake Tasting Party is a great way to receive that special cake for a discounted price. Your party can even get you a free cake! To book a party please call Carrie Mackay @ 801-472-5364 or e-mail at carriestastycakes@hotmail.com. I will need at least a 7 to 10 day notice before we can have your party. I also will want to go over flavors of cake, filling, frosting, and other treats according to your palate a week before your party. I try to have 3 to 5 cakes, fillings, and frostings to taste.

Hostess Rewards

When you book a party, you will receive a free Mini Cake or 10% off a specialty cake of your choice and design. You also will receive 5% off for every $50.00 in paid orders for your specialty cake. I do ask your guests to pay their orders in-full. I do this to ensure that you can receive your full discount on your cake. Also you have one week after your party for your guests to place cake orders at the dicounted price. Enough cake orders can add up to a free specialty cake for you!

Mini cake prices will depend on how much cake and materials are used. Only specific designs are available for cake party prices. Other cake designs will need a consultation.

All cakes and cupcakes come with butter cream or cream cheese frosting. Decorations are simple roses, flowers and borders. Price may be increased depending on design.

Cake party cakes can be stacked up to two tiers. A $5.00 materials fee will apply.

Fondant may be added for $10.00 a single tier and $20.00 for a two tier cake. This price includes fondant decorations. Price
may be increased depending on the design of the cake.

Fondant my be added to cupcakes and sugar cookies for $3.00
a dozen. Price may be increased depending on the design.

All cakes must be paid in full by check or cash. All cake orders must be ordered and paid for with in one week of the cake party. Wedding cakes, 3-D carved cakes, larger round and square cakes are not available at listed prices.
